I had a few contacts route to voicemail. But now when u try to unroute them the option isn't there anymore.. how do I unroute them

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If you open you Contacts app, select one of those contacts, and tap the 3-dot menu button at the upper right, you don't see the Route to Voicemail option?

The route to voicemail setting apparently is not available on the Samsung stock contacts app. However the Google contacts app does have that option.

I see on my Galaxy A32 5G that there's a Block Contact option in the Samsung Contacts app -- do you see that, and can you Unblock the contact?

Also, did you post the original question of this thread, or are you joining the discussion? If you did post the OP, I can change the owner of that guest post to you.

No I did not post the original question on this thread. Yes I am aware that you can block contacts but that will block both calls and messages. I do not want to block messages I only want to block calls. . With Google contacts you can reroute a specific caller's call to voicemail without blocking their messages. I am looking for a way to do that without having to download Google contacts.

Ok. Yeah, it's strange, but the Samsung Contacts app doesn't seem to have that option. The only thing I can suggest for now is to send feedback to Samsung about this (probably best through the Samsung Members app).
