I wiped my android os in my htc

[Android Central Question]

My previous os had a bug caz of which the phone kept on restarting.
i tried to install a new os using twrp and i ended up wiping my recovery. My lap wont recognize my phone(i have tried 2 other laps its still the same). i tried using an otg connected to a usb with the software but twrp is showing an error...
plz help
