If this were to happen, do you think this could cause Samsung to lower the pricing on their folds? Samsung usually likes to be lower price the apple.

There will be a folding iPhone, I have no doubt about that. The folding phone concept will probably take off once apple releases it. The smart watch was slow to take off also untill apple released one, then the smartwatch concept exploded. If I had to guess - and I do have to guess - this is in reference to the possible development of a folding iPhone.
If the folding iPhone sells for $1,999 for 512 GB version. If what were to happen?
I seeIf the folding iPhone sells for $1,999 for 512 GB version.
I just noticed the picture didn't upload for some reason even though it said complete. That explains the confusion
I'll be curious at what Samsung can do in future folds, I think this about the thinnest you would want to go, and screen size really is at optimal size. I'm guessing the tri-fold is Samsung's next big foldable. Maybe the fold we have now will be equivalent to the S series plus model and the tri-fold would be the equivalent to the S series ultra. I myself am not interested in the tri-fold.I see
For your question no I don't think they will because they offer discounts with trade ins and they think they own the Foldable market and now with the thinest Fold on the market![]()
Maybe in the future when there is a stiffer competition and much reduced price., to me if other Foldable are in 1800.00-1900.00 range and Samsung is 2200 they won't drop it.
I don't see them lowering the price I think they are comfortable where they are , look how they took the SPen away as long as they sell is the key point.I'll be curious at what Samsung can do in future folds, I think this about the thinnest you would want to go, and screen size really is at optimal size. I'm still going to hope for price reductions when more competition comes. I just don't see Samsung being higher priced then apple myself. You do have a point on the trade in discounts on Samsung though.
