I wish to sync this device with my Samsung Chromebook

I rebooted this Android. It didn't return my FB acct. It has got me as a new customer. I don't to start a new acct. I want my old acct restore. You already have all my info. Nothing but my password has changed. Help.

What Android? By "reboot" do you mean that you did a factory data reset?

No we don't. We are not Android, Google or your device manufacturer. In fact - when setting up a new Android device you need to log in to the app even if you've selected to copy apps and data (though I understand Google is working on this).

Did you have 2-factor authentication set up on your Facebook account? https://www.facebook.com/help/148233965247823. Are you able to log into your Facebook account on a computer browser?
