I9505 turns 3G on

It keeps turning wifi off and turns 3G on automatically and randomly I tried to restart bur same problem is there any workaround

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support
