Ibluever connection to iPad using evo3d help!!

I just found out that foxfi doesn't work with htc (wifi) so that blows. I have been looking for a way to connect my iPad 3 to my htc evo 3d. I heard about ibluever using Bluetooth to connect but I have no idea how to set it up. Does anyone have this or can help me out with this? Also if someone has a more affective way to share my htc data to iPad please help!! Thanks guys

I jailbroke my iPad2 and loaded iBluever and can't get it to work. Their instructions could just as well be in Chinese for all the help they are.
