Icon appears on every screen, overlapping icons

This is about the fourth time this has happened to me where I click on an icon on my screen and then that icon appears on every homescreen in the same spot overlapping another icon making it look like it was pressed...it is magnified like I am in the process of pressing it.

I have to power off my phone and turn it back on for it to go away. Anyone else have this problem? I assume this is a 2.2 bug.

I was having this problem it isn't as bad for me. I just tend to open an app then hit the home key and it will be cleared up. Sometimes it doesn't and I have to turn it off and on. But the problem is there some. Although it only happens with the text message icon.
