icon in notification bar

I have a icon that looks like a hammer and a wrench intertwined in the notificatoion bar. Does anybody not what this symbol is for?

What happened when you pulled the notification bar down? Usually a hammer and wrench indicates a firmware or system update of some sort.

Thanks, I think I figured it out based on what you said. Apparently, he had something to do with "Setting Profiles" updating although there was nothing in the notification bar area when I pulled it down.

Just watch out for the Hammer & Sickle icon, if you get it it means the KGB have hacked your phone...
