Icon On Top of Watch Face (Small Dot With Horizontal Dash Through It) - What Is It?

So, I am noticing a new icon showing at the top of my watch face and I don't know what it's indicating.

It looks like a white dot with a horizontal dash through it. What is this?

Are we talking about and android watch or Gear?
I'm going to guess that it might be indicating that your watch is not connected to your phone via bluetooth.
