Icon Relocate Hold & Tilt

Yesterday the hold and tilt feature to move app icons etc.to a different home screen stopped working, has anyone had this problem before? I went into my settings and the box for that option is checked.

My alarm gesture doesn't work, but u think that is because of the custom rom I am running.... Have tried re starting the device? Un checking and rechecking the box?
