Icons changing on Google Now Launcher?

Hey everyone- Just got an S7 and loaded the Google Now launcher. One thing that is strange that has been happening is the one by one my app icons are changing. They are becoming small and in little bubbles, almost like they are in folder. It seems to be happening randomly, any idea why this is? I've noticed a couple icons changing after i open the app then close it, now they are stuck in the bubble. Now half of my icons look normal and the other half are small and in tiny circles. I know Google is switching to a circular format, but this still doesn't look like the Pixel's icons...thanks for your help!

Ahh damn, thanks for sharing. Missed that on my search. Hoping Nougat allows the Pixel Launcher with the new icons soon so it wont be an issue.
