I customize my different screens with multiple apps. When I turn my phone off or reboot it changes how the icon look to that of the android market. Is anyone else having this problem?

I don;t understand.

Are you changing the actual Icons?

Or their placement?

What I meant is when u add an app to any of the seven screens. For example Pandora than when i reboot or turn off the phone the icon don't look the same it change to the rectangle android icon.

I had it happen when I did a hard reset, only did it to one app though. I just removed the icon and then put it back.

Some apps when moved to the SD card take longer to appear on the homescreen when rebooting. Usually it reappears after a minute.

I believe those apps that happen to are in my SD card but is been more than a minute and they never change back. I just think that I could be a bug.

Same issue here! All SD card apps that I put shortcuts to on the homescreen default to android icons when I restart.

I know it's technically unnecessary to restart so often, so I should be fine, but it's still annoying I think!

This is a know bug.

Anytime you move an app to the SD card and you restart or shut off your phone the app icon will dissapear and you will get the generic android icon.

This is a bug with Sense adn i am thinking it happened with the Sense update we got the other day.

A quick fix is to change the skin to a different one. Once the skin is changed then the icons re appear.

Its a pain and i think HTC should fix this.

Same here. This is stupid. Every app on the SD card appears with a generic icon after rebooting. I *NEVER* had this problem with the Evo 4G.

It needs to be fixed. Has anyone reported this to HTC yet?
