ICS 4.0 Update still not showing for HTC Rhyme, can yu guys help me?

Hi all, I received a HTC Rhyme today. Bought on a whim, its a US version supposedly but documents inside look like the are in Czech . Unlocked. But it won't update to ICS 4.0 and it is meant to. it's running software: 1.29.401.11 and on HTC sense 3.5 currently on Android: 2.3.5 On the latest Play Store: 3.10.10

If it is a Verizon phone you can not get
the update without rooting. Non
Verizon phones can be nd
Manually updated with your
pc and step by step instructions
Found through HTC

Thanks. How do you do it via PC? what software do you need to download? Not sue if it is Verizon.
