On my razr maxx with ICS I can create folders with icons stacked on each other. The way it works is to drag an icon onto another and they stack. When you want to use one of the stacked icons by tapping on one they expand. It also has the option to name the folder. Is this a moto only feature? Its no big deal, just curious.

Nope that's not a Moto-only feature.

I believe it's part of ICS - my GNex does it.

Our tab has the same feature now, just not as easy to create folder. And the folder doesn't look as nice. Anyway, when you long press an icon, at the top a menu appears. The left option (I think) is Create Folder. Once you do this, you can rename the folder and then drag other icons into it. At this point it functions just like your Razr Maxx.

I dont understand why Samsung nerfed the folders like that. That really bugs me because thats one of the cooler things about ICS

Tried this last night, pretty cool.
Yeah, the icon isn't the nicest to look at, but the feature itself works well.
I created two so far; one for file apps/managers, and one for reading apps (Kindle, eBook, Currents, Pulse, etc.).
Gave me some more room on the home screen.

I really wish Samsung had not created their own theme for ice cream Sandwich. I much preferred stock ice cream sandwich

Try Nova Launcher - it's as close to "stock" as you can get without a Nexus device (or being rooted & running a ROM).
