Anyone know if and where the ics files can be found and downloaded?

What exactly are you wanting? The original files for the maxx to restore it or do you want to load a coherent ROM our do you want to build your own ROM?

I should have asked a question. Im on my 2nd maxx and both have had issues holding 4g in areas that are known strong 4g areas. Was wondering if reloading ics would possibly help that situation. I have the jb files that were released but not sure if there was a radio update/fix in it. Thanks for your response.

Im on ics...was wondering if i cleared the cache and fdr and then sideloaded ics over if it would possibly clear up 4g data issues. I have the files for jb but wanted to know if sideloading ics over ics would fix any issues or if it could be done. I have had 2 maxxs now and they both drop 4g when i know im in a strong area, unless im missing a setting.

If it's happening on both phones, then I doubt it's a software issue. It's probably an issue with your area

I would agree but theres a rezound and a samsung at my house with no issues.
