ICS for Inc2?

The "are planned" part is what we have to worry about. It maybe planned but doesn't mean it will happen. Maybe a maintenance update or 2 before it is EOL'd but I can;t see much more than that. Hope I'm wrong though! Got almost a full year before I'm eligible for an upgrade.
Unfortunately when VZW replaces a defective phone my upgrade date magically gets pushed back. This time it was pushed back 6 months.

Uh, you really need to talk to someone about that. I've gotten several replacement devices and never once had my upgrade date changed. And that's with them replacing a phone I bought used off the internet, which they say they won't do.

I'm sure we will have some sort of leak beforehand. Plus CM9 is progressing nicely and will become even more stable with the release of the ICS kernal and qualcomm drivers.

Just got my Dinc2 from the Dinc. Had problems with the original. Verizon free upgraded me to the 2. I'm loving it.

I rooted my incredible 2 with aopk milestone 4 and the following it not working : voice dial, Google search, cannot find music on SD card. Under apps in settings there are lots of apps that I can add to home screen nor activate. How to fix?

Yeah, I had a Dinc with AOPK and it was awesome. Just got a Dinc2 and AOPK blows. Not sure why the big difference. I'd expect some differences, but it's like two different worlds. Voice to text doesn't work!!! That's unacceptable. ;-) Unlimited, steaming voice to text is one of the signature features of ICS... IMHO.

You'll love it! I use it as my daily driver. I don't keep music on my SD card, but everything else you mentioned works. I'm not saying music on SD doesn't work... just haven't tried it myself.

Face unlock is a little iffy. Sometimes it works great. Then, for no apparent reason, it doesn't. But you always have the PIN. ;-) Camera works. Landscape camera works. Video seems like it's functioning (no errors and feedback seems OK), but no file. :-(

Everything else I've played with works just fine. Great ROM!
