ICS - Improved Email - Frequent Text

On the "about" screen of ICS (android dot com) under "Improved Email", it states "For easier input of frequent text, you can now create quick responses and store them in the app, then enter them from a convenient menu when composing".

Does anyone know how to do this?

Open your combined inbox, choose the email account you want to create them for, choose quick responses, create new, then save it.
