I think it is now available for everyone as I live in Canada (with Rogers) and as I manually checked my phone for updates as I have been doing daily i finally got the notice to download the 4.0 update with Sense 3.6 so I suggest everyone now manually check their phones for updates.

Hope you all have the same result as i did fellow 3VO enthusiasts.

Sadly not for me. I think Sprint takes longer due to wimax.

On a positive note, my new Evo 4g LTE is waiting for me at home.

I was actually surprised, I thought all the carriers would get it at the same time at this point.

naaah... sprint takes longer because its device update policy lately has started to suck.
Incorporating the drivers/radio for wimax cannot be more complicated than brain surgery.

They are just waiting for us folks to get frustrated with 'older' OS and just buy the new devices.

If T-Mo had good coverage in my area, I'd dump Sprint and their slow CDMA updates and get a GSM GNex from Google (off contract) instead.
For now, because of decent coverage in my area (and SERO rate), I'll stay with Sprint. Bought Sprint's GNex off craigslist recently. Passed EVO to another family member.
