ICS Leak questions

The OTA is coming. In a few weeks. After the Atrix 2 update is finished.

Sounds good. Might be worth the wait at this point lol.

But then I tried to install the leak however I got a status 7 apply_patch_check error message, and it aborted the patch. It traced it back to a log file.
Might that affect the OTA update as well?

I had my phone rooted awhile back and I unrooted it after almost bricking the phone, this was on .902 I was able to get the .905 GB update over OTA with no issues.

After unrooting the phone I never did a factory reset. So I'm guessing some evidence was left in a log file. Would you recommend I did a regular factory reset before the OTA comes out?

That or simply fxz it to restore to factory defaults and then take the ota.

Yeah tried to factory restore my phone, that part went well.

I tried to use leak file I downloaded again and the error came up again.

E:Error in /imp/sideload/pacakage.zip
Would you have idea what this would mean?
If I was to fxz it how would I go about doing it? know any good links?

You have bootstrap recovery installed. That's gotta be removed. My house of bionic is the easiest way to do this.

Wow that was a quick response as to why I'm having a problem. looks like the decision to install bootstrap is still haunting me, bad life choice.
Now downloading the additional additional file to F

Kudos to the house of Bionic, booted it up too see what its like, I feel more confident going into the modding this time. I got an hour before the file is done downloading.
