Anyway to use the ics drop notification bar on backside

They are pretty similar in function, with ICS adding the settings button, but other than that, I'm not sure what is different in functionality.

You can use an ICS theme for Gingerbread from the market to make it look like the ICS dropdown, or create your own in UOT Kitchen.

I was trying go launcher themes didnt relize that go launcher doesn't affect the notification bar thanks. Bro really appreciate it
