In Gingerbread, I could make a bookmark for about:blank and then have that be my start page for whenever I launched the stock browser (the Internet globe icon). Not anymore in ICS. In fact, it seems to want remember a recent page I browsed and then seals that as the start page. My only workaround so far is to drop an about:blank bookmark icon on my screen.

Is anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?

Yeah, I know. I used to have Dolphin, Opera and Firefox but I uninstalled them for simplicity. Maybe I'll try again.

I did the same with the browser. It seems after the official update the stock ics browser does what its supposed to do.
