ICS Update and root

Anyone know how the update will affect root? I have OTA Root Keeper installed, but wanted to make sure that since this a major update I won't brick my phone if I restore the root backup. Thanks.

I installed ICS with root and root keeper worked great. Gained root back after installing ICS in under a second.
