ICS update lost all my ringtones and notification sounds

i have a bunch of ringtones and notification sounds in a couple different folders. i use ZEDGE to download them, but after the ICS update, when i try to pick a new sound for contact ringtone, default ringtone, notification sound or anything else, i only have the default stupid sounds. i tried to DL a new one, thinking maybe it will then go to old folder and ICS would find it, but no. anyone have any idea what folder i have to put all my sounds in to be able to pick them in ICS?

wow, nevermind. they are all there for some reason now.
