ics update was the worse thing i ever did

Will not load browser after about 3 or 4 searches I have to restart.sent to Acer the reinstalled the old honeycomb and its a little better but not like before upgrade. Any know a fix? I wish I never upgrared I'm starting to wish I got a apple. And I hate apple.but this is worthless to me if I can't search.
