ICS Voice Typing?

So I saw in an article on AC that one of the changes on the ICS on the Xoom is the voice recognition software that has the words come up right as you say them without having to wait. Is this what everyone will be getting with ICS or is this just for tablets?

I use voice typing all the time for journaling, texting, and email and this would be a welcome change with ICS on my GS2 Epic Touch.

I think it was demo on last Google IO... but im not sure >.< i remember seing this too
