I'd like to switch to Android but what phone to buy??

So since I'm tired of Windows Phone, I'm looking for an Android device, I've been looking on several sites but can't find a phone that'll satisfy me... Is there anyone that can help. I'm looking for €200 maximum and the phone has to have LTE, rear camera flash and a front camera. These are the only thing I really want, but I don't like dual sim phones so what phones would you guys recommend?

I'm from Belgium and my carrier is Mobistar, I've been looking on their website and the phone I like most is the Samsung Galaxu Core LTE, but maybe there are other phones you know that are better?

Well, I'm fairly certain you could find the Galaxy S4 for around €200, depending on if you want it used or new. In my PERSONAL opinion, I would do the research and try to find the S4 for €200, but the Galaxy Core LTE sounds like a fairly good phone if you are planning to just use it for phone and text.
