Ideos S7 Slim

Hi,

Having trouble with the Ideos S7. It is not downloading any apps from the play market. Keep giving me an error "download failed". Also not downloading email attachements.

I've tried a factory reset, but no luck.

Any advise please?

Did this just start happening, or, has it happened since you purchased the device?

Have you installed any apps lately? If so, try and back those out.

Are you able to get any data through the device, like, browse a web page? If so, when did you purchase the device? If it was recent, you should consider getting replaced under warranty. Those are functions that should work right out of the box.
