What's the biggest thing you miss?

For me there's 2 things

The task bar

The split screens for email, settings, text messages

It is for these kinds of reasons that I did not trade in my Fold 4 when I purchased my S23 Ultra and am instead moving my SIM card back and forth between the two phones depending on use case. S23 Ultra will be my outdoors / beach phone and backup phone due to durability concerns with the Fold. For normal home and work use, I switch back to the Fold 4.

To answer the reverse of your question, the biggest things I miss when going from the S23 Ultra to the Fold 4 are the integrated S-Pen and wishing the cover screen on the Fold was wider and could accept S-Pen input.

X2!

Saved me a long post! Lol

S23U will be my travel, camping, etc phone.

Plus if need be, I'll use the "stalker" zoom to keep an eye on my teenage daughters boyfriend. One wrong move, and I have no problem "figure fouring" his a$$!

Just the sheer screen real estate is what I miss the most, especially when reading.

Last year I traded the Fold 3 for S22U and don't miss anything, LOL. The foldables just not for me. Too much hassle to carry, worry about screen cracking, smaller video window on the main screen. I have a tablet for reading.
The only thing I liked was the attention to the Fold from everybody around.

I find having a tablet better than using a fold IMHO.

For me it's the feel and compactness (flip 4). I really love my flip 4 and it works for me just about 90% (camera could be better). Think I will switch to the flip on weekends and use my S23 Ultra for work. I carry about 3 phones daily anyway so idk why I'm acting like it's such a hard choice lol.

X3! Thanks for this. It helped me to decide not to trade in the Fold 4 for the S23 Ultra. I'll have both. I canceled my trade in today and will just pay outright for the S23 Ultra.

I have an iPad but the Fold 4 is useful for day to day use where a larger device would impractical.

At best, I'll use the Fold 4 to trade in for the 5.

Thanks again.

I had Fold 4, amazing phone but on the go the front screen ratio 23:9 is for me still too narrow for comfortable typing and RDA.
Also camera photos or video preview seemed cramped.
On the other hand unfolded was too sqare in favor for my preferred rectangular.
My main issue was the phone screen proportions, both folded and unfolded.
And last but not least, battery life is much more superior and camera quality is much better (with macro shots i need for work)
