If I switched from a S6E+, what would I gain/loose?

What do you guys think?
Gaining bigger battery
SD card support
Maybe better camera
S Pen if you intend to use it
Water proofing
USB C
Better processor

I currently have the S6 Edge Plus as well and I pre ordered the Note 7.

Rumored faster charging.

I think we can't sway your decision and to do some research on your own while making an informed decision. It's going to be your device.

That's not easy for a lot of people around here. They seem to need a lot of hand holding to make a decision on buying a phone. I wonder how some of them get through life making decisions.

I don't think the OP was asking to be swayed. He asked what people thought he would gain or lose if he upgraded. I am sure he was not asking anyone to hold his hand.

I wasn't looking to be 'swayed' in any direction. Although maybe someone who was also thinking of switching to the Note 7 from the S6E+ could shine some light on what made them switch. Obviously I wouldn't order the phone based only on the opinion of online strangers. Just looking for some insight on whether or not a switch from the edge + would be a 'worthwhile' decision.

I am switching because I switch phones every other week. I am getting the Note 7 because I have always liked the Note line. The Note 7 is a great phone with some great specs. I would dare say that it is a phone that someone could actually keep for 2 years an still be satisfied with it. If you don't plan on using the S-Pen at all I would say get the S7 Edge if anything. The S-Pen is what makes the Note line so great. I used it a lot when I had my Note 5 and miss it very much. Now that you can do a few more added things with the S-Pen I see myself enjoying the Note 7 more.
