No. The flash counter does not get reset when unrooting.

I don't believe there is a way to reset it at all.
Your warranty is now void. They'll know if you send it back for repair.

Well that will likely all depend on the terms of the dealer's warranty. (Re)read it and see what you agreed to.

They only told me that voids warranty is broken by water or broken glass that's it they didn't mention anything about rooting or knox
But I just want to know how samsung can tell if you tripped knox if for example my hardware broke by itself

Warranty is broken by root. They can tell by the flash counter (0x0 means nothing has been done. Anything else means it was tampered with).
If you have INSURANCE from your carrier or a third party like Square Trade, then you can still use that if your phone is damaged.
