If someone blocked me will they still recieve my messages?

Okay, so this person I know has an apple phone and I have an android. When she blocked me, my messages wouldn't deliver to her. But if 'I' blocked her, I still received her messages. So if theres two android users, and lets say one of them blocks the other person. Will the person who blocked them still get their messages?

The SMS messages are always delivered to the receiver's phone.
If the receiver has "blocked" the sender, the SMS app on the receiver's phone will discard the message and not notify the receiver about the new message.
If the receiver has not "blocked" the sender, the SMS app will store the message in the message database then notify the receiver about new message.

If the sender is blocked, the sender will get no indication that he is blocked.
