If the iphone 8 look like the S8, can Samsung sue?

Apple sued Samsung over the rounded corners rectangle design. If the iphone 8's screen almost takes up the entire front side of the phone, can Samsung sue?

Samsung is making the oled panels for Apple, so they already know what it is going to look like.

No they can't obviously sue. Removing the bezels is a logical step in phone development. There is no other way, a future phone could look.

No, as said above shrinking bezels and using on-screen buttons is obvious, and was openly discussed long before it happened - in fact there was speculation as far back as late 2015 that Apple might do this, so by that logic maybe Apple fan sites should sue Samsung?

Rounded corners are not a design necessity. But you can't obviously have a patent on increasing the screen to body ratio.
