if you ordered from Amazon, did you receive your free Netflix code after it shipped?

Just checked my orders and it finally shows shipped. I ordered on the 24th at 2pm PST. I then saw an email come in that says my netflix code will be coming in a few days.

"Dear Amazon.com Customer,

Thank you for your recent Chromecast purchase. Your purchase has qualified you to receive a 3-month Netflix gift code. Your code will be emailed to you 5 days after your Chromecast ships."
 
Just got mine emailed to me. I ordered it on release day.

I actually got two emails. the first says the will email the codes out 5 days after shipping. Looks like that email was supposed to go out right after you placed your order and someone dropped the ball on that. Right after that I got the email with the code in it.
 
I just received an email from Amazon:

Of course, no ETA for the Chromecast shipment. My account order history shows they are not available yet.
 
I ordered my Chromecast last Wesdnesday. They just emailed me my Netflix 3-month code. So they've begun sending them out.
 
just got an email saying that i am eligible and will get the code 5 days after the package is shipped.
 
I got that email, then about 10 minutes later, got another email with the code.

That said, it's no bloody use to me until I can get Chromecast to talk to my Linksys router which so far I have been unable to do. It connects to my network but "can't connect to the internet." I've noticed, Googling, that I'm not alone, so I'm trying everything suggested in other threads about other routers, and I have a support request (as of at least 24 hours ago) in to Google. If I get it to work, and understand why, I'll post a solution here.

I ordered two Chromecasts and received two codes (in one email! very efficient, Amazon!) today. Sadly, you cannot stack codes on your Netflix account, so I have to wait three months for the first code to get used up before I can apply the next code. I wonder how much they make on codes that are never redeemed due to this imposed redemption delay?
 
I've still not received my Netflix code from Amazon.
Amazon's customer support reply was this:

I've checked with the promotion team and confirmed that the promotion code would be e-mailed in one week after the order has been shipped.
Upon checking your order I see that the order was shipped on 25 July, 2013. In, this case the promotion code would be sent by 1 August, 2013.
I'd request you to please wait until August 1, 2013 for the promotion code. I'm positive that you'll be able to receive it much before the mentioned date.

I ordered mine around 3:30 pm CST on the 24th, got it the 26th and I am still waiting for the Netflix email. Beginning to wonder if I will see it. A coworker who ordered his after me got his email and he hasn't even gotten the Chromecast delivered yet.

I've still not received my code... Just got done with a chat session with Amazon. They promised to get the code to me within the next 2 days. Further, they gave me a $5 credit for the inconvenience of not receiving the code in the initial promised time.
 
Expected ship date from Amazon is August 6th. Got an email from them saying

Your code will be emailed to you 5 days after your Chromecast ships."
 
I received my Chromecast from Google two days ago and still have not received my code. I've opened two trouble tickets with them. I had ordered a second Chromecast from Best Buy and received my code two days after I placed the order. Problem is I'm selling one Chromecast and am giving that person the codes I got from BestBuy. Hopefully Google Play resolves this soon. To be clear I ordered this on the first sale day so codes should be provided.
