I'll be switching to Verizon

Was happy with T-Mobile except for one thing, price. Them offering just the one plan my only option for something more suited for me is to port out. I called and they said no other plan options beside prepaid.

On Verizon I can get a work discount and the plan starts at a cheaper price even before the discount. I won't have unlimited data but I don't need it. Even with kickback it still puts T-Mobile at a decent amount more than Verizon (surprisingly).

What's a decent Verizon phone they offer for $10 or less on phone payment? Doesn't have to offer much just something that's reliable. I have a verizon phone already so I'm not in a rush to buy a phone but seeing what decent options may be there.

Best bet there is go to Verizon's website and look thru the phones you want to use. I think that part of their site is pretty good as there are a number of filters you can apply to the search.

I swapped due to getting more lines. Verizon is actually pretty cheap for me and I have the unlimited plan versus T-Mobile. Loved them while I had them.. just hard to say no to more coverage, still have unlimited, and pay less.

love verizon... tried sprint and went crawling back. they're the best. people complain about pricing but the luxury of being able to use my phone in my home was a big deal for me.

to me tmobile customer service was hit or miss. the outsourced reps I dealt with seemed to only have a script in front of them and had very little authority. It seems like I had more outsourced reps with T-Mobile than with any other carrier.

T-Mobile used to have the best customer service in the business but I guess that changed over the years

I have a T-Mobile prepaid line that I use right a long side my verizon postpaid line since there are some things I really like about tmobile.

Yeah I hate that T-Mobile one plan crap. If you're okay with T-Mobile service you should do MetroPCS. However I think right now probably the best deal is with Boost Mobile. If you want to stay on the postpaid model I would definitely consider checking into Sprint before you look into Verizon. I have Sprint and for me they're very good. However if you want the best coverage possible then I would go to Cricket. They have excellent prices and use the AT&T network.
