Illegal Installation Of Program?

I just got the Droid Turbo 2 phone and attempted to use my Bose Bluetooth earpiece to make a call. Upon pushing the earpiece button, I get a message saying "Not a system app. Illegal installation.". The app came loaded from verizon,so it should work, right? If this app doesn't interact with my bluetooth earpiece, what program would be advised?

Have never seen this before, but did you do a migration from an older Motorola phone? Saw one thing about a migration pulling over old voice command software that was no longer supported.

I don't know if anything was migrated over because when I purchased the Droid Turbo 2 and traded in my old Droid Razr, the Verizon Sales rep took both phones into the back and transferred my memory card to my new phone. All I had on the card was my pictures.
