If you're able to, I'd say wait for the BB10 or the HTC One! Both different phones w/different specs and some a little intriguing, especially on the HTC ONE. If you can not wait, I'd say stick w/the Samsung Galaxy SIII and instead try customizing it more.
I.e. Different Home Launchers, more or less widgets, OR create your own widgets for yourself and you could share them on Google Play using the UCCW app (FREE)! I know the SGSIII already has awesome features especially to use w/LTE. Stick with the SGSIII and get you a Pebble watch, something cool and awesome to mess around with. Good luck!
BB10 z10 has been in Canada for some time now, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS I came from BB, I was on blackberry for 9 years and just recently went android. I stuck by RIM like glue but then they want to charger 750.00 for their phones ( If you buy it out right that is ) and that to me is INSANE! They should have done what they did with the playbook! Make them cheap! AT least the first round, get them out there cheap, show people how great they are, and then go from there. I agree BB10 is amazing, they are comparing it to the Nexus 4 right now as one of the best phones on the market, but I think I will stick with Android for a while. RIM has really lost it's views on BUSINESS and seem to want to market their phones to tweens for it's social networking. It's all about BBM, and I could care less about BBM to be honest.
