I'm getting unwanted thread notification emails from this site

Hi all, I've disabled email notifications in the site settings but I'm STILL getting emails coming through everytime someone replies to a thread I've participated in. Suffice to say this is EXTREMELY annoying and amounts to nothing less than spam by this point. How can I stop these emails coming through? Note: the same is happening for your sister site iMore.

I've forwarded one such email. This problem only arose recently, within the last week or two. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Same thing has happened to me so I had to set a Gmail filter to toss emails from this forum to the trash. It is annoying.
