I'm having issues with LTE signal!

I've been having a similar problem where in usually strong LTE areas, my phone shows H+ and has such a weak signal on most calls people suddenly stop hearing my voice and several times the call drops, even cannot sometimes answer or dialout right away it seems the phone is taking time to connect to carrier network (Bell in Calgary, AB, Canada). Bell helped me troubleshoot and narrow down to find out it's my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 device, as my wife's S6 works fine in the same areas, same carrier...Bell mentioned a few Note 5 users have come in with similar problem and they think it's due to a recent Samsung patch/update speciically to Note 5's....any other Note 5 or other Samsung phone users experiencing similar issue?

Showing H+ most of the time since Jan update (and also a '!' Next to the signal bars many times). However right after the update I spent a week in the mountains around Phoenix so didn't really think anything about it. Once i got back to the Lou, where I usually have strong LTE, I realized something was wonky. Just rebooted (first time since update). So far so good. Will monitor.

Update:
I got tired of toggling Airplane mode off and on to get AT&T LTE in known AT&T LTE areas. I called Google tech support and after going thru 5 or 10 minutes of the required troubleshooting steps they are sending me a new replacement, fingers crossed it works better than my 1 week old 6P device although I doubt that it will - Although they did offer me another option and that was to try Project Fi for a month at no charge but my contract with AT&T is not up for another year so I decided to wait

Guys, drop back to the last 6.0.0 update until this is fixed my Google. I did and I am back to my normal strong LTE signal. The only annoyance is the update available message that you will get. You can download the full image straight from Google.

Every time I leave wifi I am on 3g until I toggle airplane mode. In verizon.

Almost the same here. When I turn OFF the phone and recharge the battery, then turn it back ON when it's at full, it goes to 3G. Then a quick touch on Airplane Mode...then disable Airplane Mode, LTE appears. It's not consistant, but it's happening like 9 times out of 10.

I was having WiFi issues after the Jan. Update... I finally did a factory restore and all is good again. Should not have to do that process but at least a factory reset is a simple solution. ....

Is it still working properly for you since the factory data reset or has it reverted to the same problem?

I'm having the same issue on AT&T with my N6P. Except, airplane mode and wifi don't fix it anymore. I don't LTE at all anymore. Very frustrating.

I'm having an issue too. When I first received the 6P before the updates I had no connection issues with 4g. Now the phone struggles to connect. It will show 4g but with a ! mark after it and no arrows showing the transfer of data.
Pi**ing me off now. I hope Google sorts it soon! ;)

Blink, blink. Cricket here and same issues. Yes, subsidiary of ATT.

But I do recall good LTE signal prior to the 6.0.1 update.

I have the same problem and I'm on Verizon. Rebooting usually fixes it for me and sometimes toggling airplane mode does too

By the way .. Just so I can be 100% sure....

You guys on AT&T do not get VoLTE via the 6P right? Or do you and I was misinformed? I know it works for me on T-Mobile and I believe it works fine on Verizon. Could one of you AT&T folks confirm/deny this for me?

No VoLTE on 6P with AT&T. It works when my sim is in the Note 5 but when the sim is in the 6P no options for VoLTE are available.

Ty for confirming this for me. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't giving out bad information. :).

Is Google aware of the issue or even acknowledged it?

They are aware as I just got my new 6P replacement today because of the issue (I also gave them a link to this and other threads talking about this problem).
I went and got a new AT&T sim card and did a fresh start up without using any saved apps or setting from my previous 6P and all is good so far.... I've done multiple restarts and LTE has been there each time and has not dropped to H

One Note: I have not installed the 6.01 security update as some thought this "might" have been the cause of our issues

It definitely was the 6.0.1 update that caused the network connectivity issue and its obviously not just US version of the 6P that's affected. I've the international version.

How long hand you had your 6P before you sent it back for the issue? I didn't know if I could send mine back over the issue and if so how does Google go about getting you a new handset? I don't have a spare phone to use and I don't want to be without while waiting on a replacement..
