Im having trouble updating and downloading some apps

If i wish to download a new app or update a current app it doesnt. Im woundering if i hv touched domething accidentally in my setting... i hb never had this problem before three to four days ago.. plx help as it is very frustrating... thnx

Hey! Try clearing the Cache of Google Play Store and/or Google Play Services.
