I'm looking for a budget app

Hello. I'm looking for a budget app that keeps track of bills *ones that i enter manually aka Rent and Healthcare* and tells me what i can spend each day *i wake up look at my phone and it says hey todays allowance is 22$* and preferable allows you to enter stuff like what i want to save for *like if i wanted to save 500$ for a trip in 3 months*

I've seen some and tried them but there not like that. I've even seen a add for one that shows exactly what i want but then when i download it it doesn't have the features it shows. please help
