I'm looking for a specific feature in a tasker app

I used to use WhoIsIt but it stopped working. I need an app where I can whitelist/VIP a select few people and silence everyone else. My husband has cancer and often hospitalized so I need to keep my phone on overnight but need other texts/notifications silenced. Like I said, WhoIsIt was absolutely perfect but suddenly stopped working and the developer is MIA. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

I use an app called Selective Silence. It works very well.
