Im Stuck with the Droid Incredible...

Sadly my lame blackberry storm 1 had great voice quality and did not drop calls at all. So I don?t think its Verizon's network causing the issue.
So far I have done a factory reset, called *228, did options 1 & 2 and have also tried a couple other things. I will probably be calling tech support soon to try and get another replacement.

That's exactly what I would do. Then with it being your third if it doesn't work for you they will swap you to another device. When/if that time comes ask about going to the X if that's what you want to do!

Your phone is having issues. That means the radio in your phone is bad. The radio in my phone is great, as well as the vast majority of others.

Come on, the world doesn't revolve around you. Just switch the phone out again, and if you're unlucky enough to get another bad one, you get your choice of another phone.

Also, surely if you are planning on selling your defective phone on eBay you'll have that in your product description?

Oh and stop trolling. I've run out of troll snacks. :p

I've had my incredible for past the 30 days and not one single problem you speak of, my calls are clear and loud enough that I can hear them even at a festival with large amounts of people.

I love this phone, I am so very glad I got rid of my slow outdated bb.
