Image/Screen Problem Moto X 2nd Gen.

I got my moto x 3 weeks ago, and it was working fine. Then, all of a sudden, the screen has all these lines in it, on the whole screen, and i can barely see anything. I turned the birghtness up, and still, the problem persists. It also happened 2 weeks ago but it went away, so i'm guessing it's not a burn in. I'm trying to attach a picture but i have no idea how. Need Help.

It sounds like it might be an internal hardware fault of some sort.
