IMAP Folder Setup

I've tried searching everywhere for this and can't find an answer. I am using the default mail application that came with my Sprint Evo 4G. My email server has a little bit of a different setup than most. My Sent, Trash, and Junk email folders are sub directories of my Inbox. For example my my Trash folder is actually called INBOX.Trash. If I click the folders option in my email client I can see them but it's not copying my sent to the correct sent and so on. Is there a way I can config the default folders in the email app? I tried looking through the general settings and don't see it.
