Import Facebook contacts to email

Can someone explain to me in layman terms an easy way or provide a link on how to import Facebook contacts to email? My wife just upgraded to her first smartphone and am having a hard time doing this. I had no problem doing this on my Incredible2 but on the Razr M it's different. Looked online and found a few things to try but just can't seem to get it done. Everything that I have found pertains to Gmail. If I can figure out how to import to Gmail will this automatically put the contacts into other accounts also such as Roadrunner email? Any help is greatly appreciated.
