A
Android Central Question
Hi Peeps,
I have a Galaxy S7 running Android 8.0.0.
For the last week or so, I have been getting a pop-up asking me if I want to "improve my location accuracy" when I open several different Apps (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc).
Each time, I click "disagree" and the pop-up disappears, only to appear a few minutes later when I open another app. I then notice that my GPS has been turned on, so switch it off.
Locating method is set to "Phone only". When I look at Recent Location Requests, Google Play Services and TMS service are frequently listed.
It's doing my head in!! I cannot find a way to stop this pop-up. Can anyone suggest anything?
Thanks
Chris
