On Samsung its different , you cant go to the 3 dots , go to app list clear data ,cache and force close it digital wellbeing and when you go back in it dont touch any of the screen to activate it should look like this

Also I have its app data access off in settings>apps>3 dots upper rightcorner tap > special access tap> scroll down to data access tap and turn off
