My cell phone is j7 prime. And the problem I m faced with LTE not supported. The error is IMS service is not registered.how do I solve this problem.help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Whats the exact model number of the phone, and which carrier are you using? If you didn't get the phone directly from your carrier, are you certain the phone is carrier unlocked?
