In call Volume is low

anyone find a way to make the in call volume louder permanently? Mine is very low even with the volume all the way up and there doesnt seem to be a difference when i hit the extra volume command.

Have you checked the ear piece for any blockage? I once found a little piece of the plastic cover stuck there with another phone. I haven't really heard of any other volume complaints.

I also consider the in call volume to be low. I have mine on the highest and I feel like it should be a little bit louder, but I can hear and understand people.

I went to the store and used one of the store models and it seemed to be slightly louder. I'm not sure if my phone is defective or this is just how the s6 is?

Isn't there an "extra volume" button on the screen while in a call? The first time I got a call it was very low, but clicked the button and was great. Next time I didn't need the button.

Yes I have the exact same problem. The extra volume does work while on a call but it needs to be at that level for me all the time. I would like to know if the extra volume can be locked on.

Not mine. It stays on throughout the duration of the call but once the call ends, and someone else calls, I have to hit the button again.

And yes!!! I have 8 lines with two tablet lines. My bill could be used as a mortgage payment!! But at least we own our home.....

The in call volume is shocking. The speaker is at the bottom of the phone. What are we supposed to do (and don't tell me listen with earplugs). This is another major stuff up.
Why the hell don't phone makers get it: IT'S A PHONE NOT A BLOODY COMPUTER.
Remember the Motorola RAZOR with lousy in call volume. It was sold at at a cheap price on a cheap deal. Same with Samsung Nexus S- always had to turn speaker on to hear PHONE CALLS.
MY ADVICE WHEN BUYING A MOBILE PHONE: TEST THE INCOMING CALL VOLUME.AND MAKE SURE YOU CAN HEAR IT IN YOUR EAR OUTSIDE.

Low? Mine is very loud...compared to my previous 1020 its a megaphone
