In call volume to loud on galaxy s7 edge

hello
i have a galaxy s7 edge
whenever i talk on facebook messenger skype viber the in call volume is really high even if the volume is set on low. Even if i turn the volume up it still remains the same..really loud and when i turnit down nothing happens..the volume ist still to loud even if its on minimum.
when i use the phone for calling in the network (normal phone calls) the volume is ok and i have no problem with it.
i find this really strange..if someone has a solution please let me know

Maybe try media volume...?

still the same problem even if i try media volume...its strange cause the normal phone calls work just fine and the volume is ok
